3. User registration

ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L. reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Early access, alpha, and beta

User participation in early access, alpha, or beta phases:

• Is voluntary and free of charge, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Does not guarantee access to the final version of the video game.
• May be subject to technical limitations, interruptions, errors, or loss of progress.
• May be revoked at any time by ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L.

The User acknowledges that alpha, beta, or early access versions may contain errors and may not reflect the final quality of the product.

5. Feedback and content submitted by the User

The User may voluntarily submit comments, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or any other type of feedback related to the video game.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such feedback shall be deemed non-confidential, and the User grants ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L. a free, non-exclusive, unlimited, and worldwide license to use, exploit, adapt, and incorporate such feedback into the video game, without any entitlement to compensation.

6. Electronic communications and use of third-party platforms

For the management and sending of electronic communications related to the video game Stigmatumincluding, by way of example and without limitation, informational communications, invitations to beta or early access phases, updates on project development, and commercial communicationsONLYHEROGAMES, S.L. may use third-party technological platforms specialized in the management and delivery of electronic communications.

Such third parties shall, in all cases, act as data processors, accessing and processing the Users personal data solely in accordance with the instructions of ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L., and shall not use such data for their own purposes or for purposes other than providing the contracted services.
