ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L. (hereinafter, the Controller) is the owner of the website www.stigmatum.com (hereinafter, the Website).

2. Scope of application

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data provided by the user to the Controller through the Website.

User shall mean any natural person who accesses, browses, or uses the Website, as well as those who register or provide their data to receive information about the video game Stigmatum or to receive communications to participate in early access, alpha, or beta phases of the video game.

Access to and use of the Website and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions imply acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

The Controller may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Usage and participation data: information related to registration on waiting lists, participation in alpha, beta, or early access phases, and submission of voluntary feedback.

The Users personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Management of informational communications: sending information related to the video game Stigmatum (news, updates, beta phases, releases, patches, official announcements, events, or other project-related communications).
  2. Management of early access, alpha, and beta: sending invitations, access keys, technical instructions, surveys, and necessary operational communications.
  3. Commercial and promotional communications: sending commercial communications related to products or services of ONLYHEROGAMES, S.L. or, where applicable, third-party collaborators, provided that the User has given express consent.
  4. Technical and security management of the Website: analysis of Website use, maintenance, improvement of the user experience, and detection of potential technical or security incidents.

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:
